Lists & Selections

Use Lists to put your records into smaller groups that you can work on independently. Add or remove records from a List manually, during import, or through a set of conditions called a Selection. For instance, you can create a Selection that adds all records to a list that have less than 3 subject headings.

Global Editing

Global Editing is a fast and powerful way to make batch changes your MARC records. You define what to change and under what conditions. Save the Global Edit with your own custom name and run it anytime, as often as you'd like.

Workflows

Workflows combine multiple Global Edits and Enhancements into a single powerful command, letting you run many tasks at once. Select a Workflow when importing a file to run it automatically, saving even more time. Create Workflows for different vendors or locations based on your custom processes.
